Stopped touching the phone while driving 7 years a go.
I'm just not the kind who can operate a cell device and drive.
Coming home from Utah some time ago I picked up me BB to answer a call and drove off I-80 westbound.
Went right over two reflective markers before recovering.
This was on a straight road @ 70 mph with very light traffic.
Never again very sobering.
Still shivers me timbers thinking about it.
