Driving is full time job. Always has been. Always will be.
I see countless people exit my subdivision from their homes, and they have the cell phone going. What can be that important? They can't all be involved in homeland security.
Many years ago my employer gave me a cell phone. I had a truck with a manual transmission at the time. I couldn't even come close to shifting gears and dialing a phone at the same time. But I will bet there is someone out there with a stick shift who texts.
There ought to be a law.
