I live in Tucson AZ where it is against the law to text and drive. Since I sit up pretty high in my pickup, I can see down into other cars. In my unofficial sample, I'd say at least 1 out of 10 drivers are violating the law at any given time.
in Alberta its even against the law to use a cell phone unless its hands free device
