We have always been old-fashioned Melitta Manual Drip when boondocking, simple and makes good coffee:

Then we saw this Contour coffee maker a few years ago and decided to give it a try. Mounts under the cabinet by the stove, so it's out of the way when not in use. The thermal carafe keeps coffee hot well into the afternoon and it stores in the set when underway, no nothing to pack away:

We started only using this when we had shore power, then we visited the Black & Decker factory outlet on one adventure and scored a toaster for $9:

Since DW likes toast with her eggs in the morning, I find myself starting the generator for breakfast anyway, so....the new Contour electric pot gets more usage than the ol' Melitta. Exceptions are when it's raining and I don't want to venture outside to start the generator....
Oh well, that's progress I guess....
