Jackknife with Hensley
Saw this today in I-96 outside of Grand Rapids, MI today. No ambulance so hopefully everyone was OK. Hensley

Jack-knifed, and spun out!
Look closely and you can see the skid marks, and they are pointing the wrong way.
Cause?
Could be many things, just glad the TV is mostly intact and OP mentioned no ambulance!
