Jeep Cherokee wobble while towed

Your best and cheapest fix is a trailer, 4 up and go.

Try and find a used U-Haul car carrier. Surge brakes, no added brake controller.
Low to load. ramps and tie downs built in. It was made for the job, and does it best.
