Jerry rig side Rv mirror

A tow driver broke our side mirror. The mirror is completely disengaged from the arm. We ordered a new mirror, that has to be made. It will not be done and shipped before we have to leave. My husband has to jerry rig it to hold in place, for our trip home. We used heavy tape from the mirror to windshield, from Oklahoma to Las Vegas, didn’t hold well. We do have side cameras that he used. We have a 2010 Four Winds class a diesel pusher. Thanks for any ideas
  • We ordered thru Velvac, they have to make it and parts haven’t come in yet. That’s been over six weeks ago. Thanks for the suggestion.

Google Stainless Steel Over The Door Convex Mirror With U-Bracket. Unfortunately this require attaching it to the side of your RV with screws.
  • Is there a place where you could use some sheet metal screws that would be covered by the new mirror’s base?
