I would check the electrical connections on the trailer. Sounds like a bad ground on the trailer. It does not take much current to illuminate the green connection led on the controller but the brakes are a different story. When you say no digital read out, do you mean no numbers what so ever or do you get the 0.0? read out like I do when the trailer is not present? If you get a blank read out then I would disassemble it and check it out. After all if its not working what have you got to lose. Good luck, I love my Jordan and am not looking forward to the day it stops working :(
