Two things in the Jordan which can cause intermittent operation.
One is a potentiometer and the other is a leaf switch.

I couldn't agree more with your KISS statement. Although I am leaning towards the maxbrake if I can't fix the Jordan, it requires a brake sensor to send a signal the the processor and then it send it's calculated voltage to the TT.
