Just curious about "Passport America"

Thanks for feedback.....purchased it recently. We received directory but was advised that "due to technical problems" ? they couldn't send us a membership card. We received a piece of paper with our name,membership number printed on it -advising us to cut out and use in place of card. Seemed a bit tacky so we were just curious about program. Very helpful comments!
