Just ended my work/trip... Started with a hit/run

On my way to work last Thursday. Towed the rig in and parked at the station... On my merge from the 118E to the 405S, a driver changed lanes in to me and darted off the off ramp.... Here is the dam...

Need to file a report so the Insurance company does not charge you with an at fault accident. That happened to me when a car hit mine in a parking lot and I filed a claim without a report.
