As stated a couple time noodles, I too have had a good one, more blood than I wanted, nice clean 3/4" cut in scalp, likely should have had stitches, but healed fine.

Anyway, at 6'5", I've hit my head on so many things over the years that I can now compete with rams for mating rights.

The story goes that the man came to work with a bandaged head.. His co-workers ask what happened... Finally he broke down and told the story.

You see, he was in the shower when his wife was doing dishes, the garbage disposal quit and she called for him to fix.. He told her all you need to do is push the reset button but.. What can I say, he married a blond (Do not know here hair color but her brain was stereotypical blond) (Saves much typing explaining) so he comes out of the shower.. Still dressed "For the shower" and gets under the sink to push the button.

They had a new kitten.

Just as he pushed the button, restoring operation to the disposal, the kitten found some new dangling toys to play with.

Well, the sudden application of the kittens claws to his..... delicate parts.. Caused him to stand up suddenly and smash his head against the bottom of the sink, thus resulting in the injury.

Well let me tell you if you were not out at least 30 seconds or so, you didn't do it right. Go back and try it again. ;)

Noodle guy here too. Part of the packing up routine with us is a knock on the outside while DW is still doing inside stuff. This lets her know to be sure TV antenna is down & close the BR slide right away so I don't whack my head on it while putting stuff away.

I have noticed in the years following the departure of my hair that there is no more warning mechanism to let my head know it is about to get smacked. Oh and there is also no covering up the fact or scab or ? by combing the hair a little differently. Everyone knows you smacked your noggin for what seems like weeks afterward!!
Pool noodles hang off the rear slide as soon as the slide is out.

one time i had just hooked up the stinky slinky stood up and walked right into the bed slide face frist tok a few seconds but made the dw laugh so it was worth it

The ol' hitch ball in the shins is the one that always use to get me. It was a lot worse with my old truck, which had the hitch rusted into the reciever. Now with a 5er and a new truck, it isn't the issue that it use to be.

I used 2 noodles so the entire bottom of the slide and about a foot up each corner is covered. At the corners I cut a V notch in the noodles & then used contact cement to hold the miters together permanently. Works great.
