How would that be fair to all the homeowners and their loved ones that live there and own the property there? No HO insurance company is going to reimburse them for the land to move based on an emotional decision to make an entire city a memorial.
The lose of life there was horrific. But I have yet to understand the now, 'new' need to mourn the passing of a loved one AT the scene of where they died in a horrific fashion?
Celebrate their life where you lay them down in peace at their final resting place. Not at the place they experienced the most horrific pain and suffering in their life.
