Yes, the homes will be rebuilt and the people will move back in. If you live in Oklahoma long enough you will realize that storms and tornados are a part of daily life in the spring.
I build new homes and in 1999 I rebuilt several of the homes that were destroyed.
The loss of life during these storms is terrible, but many Oklahomans have storm shelters and safe rooms and that's the reason the death toll is 24 and not 240 or more.
If FEMA never showed up in Oklahoma it would be OK, because Okies know how to take care of each other.
And thank you for your prayers for this area, they are being felt and are appreciated.
