Despite what you hear, I think there is a much deeper issue going on that isn't talked about much or recognized, and a lot is due to events over the past couple of years. The signs are out there - I predict a recession in the not too distant future if things don't change and it could be global. That'd definitely hit the US RV industry hard.
Add in the delinquency of student loans as well as credit card loans, throw in the fact that about 61% of people can't survive a $1,000 emergency and you have the ingredients for a big mess if the economy slows. RV's will be a dime a dozen if that happens.
Elkhart will be a disaster.
