et2 .....I am not trying to justify anything, but it could be that you are seeing threads that are not moderated in a timely manner. I try to check my 2 forums several times a day and do rely on members to notify me if they sense a problem.
If you feel there is a real problem, do you notify a mod? Many of our mods have jobs and other obligations and none of us spends all their waking hours on the forums. I have been in a position where I have not had access for days and things slip through the cracks.
Violence should never be condoned and if it is suggested, a mod should be notified immediately.
