Towing post about being over weight, in an accident and being at fault, would pale in comparison to shooting a thief, unless you can absolutely prove they were a threat to your well being!!!
The firearms class DW and I took (four day class) had daily seminars on when and when it is NOT allowed to shoot someone!! Right or wrong it is a life changing event, and if wrong it will cost you dearly!!!
