One AC or two?? A Fantastic ceiling vent at the highest point will help remove hot air, while cooler air tends to stay lower. Cool it down as low as possible with AC at night. Reflective covers over windows. Cool drinks(ice cooled), cool snacks. sit outside in shade with fans.

That is a hard ask. I'll follow this thread. Suggestions from me:
Get fans to circulate the air like the o2 cool.
Have plenty of cool drinks, cool snacks available.
Dress down
Go places that are cooler during the day (if possible)
Don't turn ac off at night or at least turn it on early in the morning
Shades on Windows
Set expectations low ... Just joking
