I just purchased a new TT and want to keep the fresh water tank clean and fresh for drinking. What is the best way to keep things from growing in it? Keep it full or empty? Flush it? Chlorine or other...

Except for initially sanitizing with a very dilute bleach solution, no heroic measures are necessary. I flush mine out every Spring and, if I remember, add a little bleach with the flush water. I'm on my own well but you have chlorine in your water.
