I just purchased a new TT and want to keep the fresh water tank clean and fresh for drinking. What is the best way to keep things from growing in it? Keep it full or empty? Flush it? Chlorine or other...

if your home water is chlorinated, just run some fresh water through the whole system every three or four months. we're on a well, so we add a little bleach to the tank once or twice a year and flush that through all the lines etc.
