Keeping the Awning Clean
Cleaning it I can do, I'm looking for a way to keep the rain out of it when not in use. Has anybody used anything that works, other then a garage?

There are commercial awning hard covers and some folks have started using the large black acordian style drainage pipe and painting it white. I scrub mine down by hand with Tilex one a year and then use the brush after that for cleaning.
