Keeping the Awning Clean
Cleaning it I can do, I'm looking for a way to keep the rain out of it when not in use. Has anybody used anything that works, other then a garage?

Never considered it a big deal - couple times a year I will apply a spray that has some bleach in it and roll it up for an hour then rinse - it cleans up easy.
