In fact, Keystone in Oregon sent me blueprints of the ceiling structure so I could install a roof vent in the kitchen and a blueprint of the structure in the slide out end wall when I wanted to install a handicap access door. Excellent Customer Service and response.
BTW, Keystone pays the dealer a fixed amount to do the PDI or Pre-Delivery Inspection. A proper PDI by the dealer would have discovered that defective P-Trap. That one I blame on the dealer.
A thorough PDI would have made this entire thread unnecessary.
Without knowing the details a good dealer and or a knowledgeable consumer would have noted 90% all of the issues on day 1
