For the original poster sorry you are having problems with your rig things do happen.......... however I may ask a question here??
When you first started having problems and contacted your dealer ,and keystone so many times .......did you walk in with a box of donuts or bag of Flaming......S@#=%#@......????????
Strange as it may sound if you went in there hot under the collar ..... they may choose to ignore you right from the very beginning...........Your attitude can set their attitude .......it's not right .....but that's the way it is....;)
