Received my 2 replacements today. Took 3 weeks from when I called it in. One word of CAUTION... No one told me they had to be sent back when new ones received. I disposed of the first one since I had brought it into my house and after I gave the rep the serial # and model # I threw it away since the recall was because of a FATALITY from the nozzle blowing off and killing the user. The 2nd one was still in the TT.
when you receive the one or ones, they enclose a return Fed Ex label with instructions to ship it back prepaid. They are only getting one from me. Reps should have instructed callers to hold on to it!
