DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A STEP LADDER THAT ADJUSTS TO A EXTENSION LADDER WEIGHT 250 LBS ALL IN ONE INEXPENSIVE EXTENDS TO 16 FT TO GET UP ON MY ROOF OF MY 5TH WHEEL LIGHTWEIGHT???? Thank you.

Sears used to sell the exact ladder you are speaking of.. I have one, I do not know if they still sell it however as I've had it since well... 1995 and it was my Dad's before that.
It is either an extension ladder, or a step ladder, it is rated 250 pounds as I recall and has absolutely no problem with my 300+
