Actually it is very easy to understand how this happens. But you have to be there and the pic does not show it all. It is Pismo in California. It is not photo shopped. There is a creek that is crossed to get to the farther camping spots. So crossing water is part and parcel of that access. And sometimes the RV is so heavy and so much drag in the sand that the truck in 4x4 can't get it out of the creek bed and then the tide comes in and, well, this happens. It is clearly not an isolated incident; it happens often enough.
