Yes, there is a beach entrance/exit right there near the Peter Iredale but it was always very soft sand. Next entrance/exit is about 5-6 miles south. Although that stretch all the way down to Gearhart was always a no overnight camping area on the beach... doubt it has changed. I would not put a RV on the sand there as the high tide line can get very close to the dunes.
