It sounds like you may want an entertainment coach such as is used by bands, etc. or a bunkhouse such as is used by traveling fairs and other similar highly mobile enterprises. Usually they're trailers. Many bunkhouses do not have restroom facilities, but some do; most don't really have much common area.
One example: here (not mine, nor anyone's I know or have any connection with...merely the first ad I came across). Entertainment coaches do not tend to be inexpensive as they're usually built on bus chassis and designed for long, reliable life and so use above-average materials and construction.
