I doubt you will find exactly what you are seeking. It will probably take some minor mods, installing couches etc..
Search CL and Ebay. I'm sure you can find something close to what fits your needs.
Exactly what I'm thinking.
I didn't know if people had an idea of a behemoth I could start with. Like one that comes to mind as having a couple couches already where I could pull out an island or a dinette and drop an additional couch or 2 in.
