We spent the winter in phoenix az,as thousands spend time in the state of arizona.Never had a issue with a non resedence rule.It was money in arizonas pocket. Las Vegas,new one year rule.all visiting...

That does not do it.... it says 30 days in any 12 month period. With my luck I would vist 30 seperate days in a year and each of those days they would find my vehical parked and give me the ticket :E
With my luck I would stop for a couple of days in March and then another couple of days in June and they will try to say I lived 4 months in Las Vegas. Guess I will have to start keeping all my campground receipts. Looks like you could be guilty unless you prove yourself innocent.
