Laundromats are closed!!

How many people have died compared to the regular flu which kills 12,000 to 60,000 a year and alcohol at 88,000 or smoking and two of those are preventable. Oh wait, those generate big tax revenue. Maybe the medicine is worse than the virus.

If the hypothetical owner is so concerned, then there's absolutely no need for the government to tell him or her to shut the place down; they can just use their authority as the owner to decide to not open the laundromat, or maybe hire someone else to do the cleaning. I suspect, though, that for every owner who's relieved to not be open, there's another owner of another laundry who would really prefer to have the income to pay for the lease, property and business taxes, health insurance, food, and so forth.

You people talk like COVID-19 is a death sentence. It's not. You've got about a 99% chance you'll survive, and if you don't it's probably because you didn't take very good care of yourself. I'm not the least bit concerned, but you'll be living with the damage to the economy for years.

Sorry for those that have never washed clothes in a bucket. Two buckets is better. Not a tragedy.

Come on over only $10 to wash and $20 to dry!

Now I have another reason to be happy I have had a WD for nearly 5 years.
