Beware of what 'type' of tree you are parking under. I watched a neighboring camper set up his RV, that night a storm came thru and in the morning he had huge dents all over his new RV. I think it was a chestnut tree.
Ironically I was parked in that same spot for a week before it had it's fruit and when I went to leave I had the guys wash my MH and they said the entire roof was pitch black with sap. It took those boys 2 hours to get it all off the roof and the back of my MH. :(
