If it were me, I would contact her and let her know that i am around to keep an eye on the kids. Hopefully she will open up and let you know what is going on.
If she doesn't.....Here is where people are going to probably get mad at me. I would also talk to the park manager and ask if they know about the situation.
If you know those kids are alone, likely other people do too. And those other people may not have good intentions. I am already genuinely concerned for those kids. Not to be nosey, not because I assume neglect....but because someone else could be watching....
