To those that say these kids are too young to be left alone, what age is ok? Since you don't know these kids, don't say it depends on their maturity. I too believe that kids should be able to be kids, but sometimes the situation requires them to be responsible, and from the limited information we have, I would expect their situation is much better than foster care..
