Wow, just read all 13 pages of this thread. Probably what is happening is the mother is in hiding from a mentally deranged cop who is trying to do do her and the family harm with a fishing gaff. She is running from state to state to stay one step ahead of a violent death. They are always getting found by the husband because people are calling the police or CBS to report a potential problem.
seriously, why doesn't someone just act like and adult and strike up a conversation with the poor lady, instead of peering out from behind the curtain and making assumptions.
