You can find 1141 Led's for $2 on Ebay and they will draw 1/10th the amps of a halogen. I've replaced most of the lights in our RV with LED as we boondock often. In our home I've replaced all of the lights in our home that we use often with LED and currently the best deal is at HD for CREE bulbs for $10.
