I have the flashlight the OP seeks. It is a little larger than a mini-maglite, it has zoom adjustment, a cree LED, three settings, a rechargeable battery, 12vdc charger, and 120vac charger.
It cost me about $15 last year at a large flea market. Probably at least a dozen vendors were selling them for about the same money.
Even though it uses a single rechargeable battery, you can also use three AAA with an included adapter.
I don't remember the name but it doesn't matter, they are China made and sold under a lot of different names.
