How would it be Leers fault? If they never received the order then they couldn't start the build. Unless Leer lost the order which doesn't seem like the problem. The 1st clue is that the dealer never called you back for 3 days.
I bought a Snug Top for my last truck. The dealer always kept me informed. I'd find a different dealer and stick with the Leer as that's what you wanted in the 1st place.
