WE HAVE A 2014 BAYHILL WE HAVE HAD AN INVERTOR FIRE PROBLEMS WITH THE SEWER TURNED AWAY FROM DEALERS STATING THAT EVERYGREEN DOESNT PAY THERE BILLS. WE HAVE TRIED TO HAVE THE UNIT FIXED FOR THE LAST YEAR. WE ARE PARKED IN A RV PARK IN PRESCOTT AZ OVER 30 DAYS AGO THE BLACK WATER TANK FELL ON THE GROUND. I HAVE ALL THE EMAIL FROM EVERGREEN OF WHY AND WHAT THEY ARE NOW WILLING TO DO AFTER OVER A YEAR. ITS JUST NOT ENOUGH CAN ANYONE HELP.

Every State will have an assistant attorney general to ask questions about the Lemon Law in your State. They may even have information on-line at the State's Official Website? Try Arizona.gov
Maybe there's a RV.net member in Prescott, AZ. that would be willing to take a look at your unit and give you the wealth of their experience in matters like your RV is experiencing going bad and needing repairs?
Another idea, is to contact a mobile RV repair service mechanic in Prescott area, that will come to look at your unit and give you an estimate on the repairs necessary to fix it.
