Tonya Lee,
is this what is going on?
You have a 2014 Bayhill. And you have had problems with it including:
- an inverter fire
- problems with the sewer / black water tank
- being turned away from dealers stating that Evergreen does not pay their bills
You have tried to have the unit fixed for the last year.
You are currently parked in a RV park in Prescott, AZ where over 30 days ago the black water tank fell on the ground.
Evergreen has offered (via email) to fix some problems (under their warranty) but not all of them. You feel that Evergreen should do more than they have already agreed to do and you are looking for our advice on how to get them to do more.
So in summary, it sounds like you have made warranty claims to Evergreen and they have approved some and denied others.
If I got this right from reading your post, my first suggestion is to get a friend to help you calmly write a carefully worded email to Evergreen explaining your concerns and why you think they should improve their offer to fix more of your problems. In the new email, you should focus on specific items you want fixed and the reasons why you believe they should fix them under their warranty.
I know others on this forum have had to ask the manufacturer to reconsider a warranty claim. I believe the successful people were able to calmly and clearly communicate with the manufacturer.
Good luck. And hopefully others can offer useful advice.
If you want more specific advice, just reply to this thread and provide us with more details about just one of the denied warranty items - perhaps we could help you. There is a lot of RV ownership experience on this forum.
