Noticed that they have not come back. There was no reason for the responses the OP got. I had no problem understanding what they were saying. We should be helping people not scaring them away by picking on them.
To the OP I would contact a lawyer and see what your rights are. Sometimes just a letter from one is all it takes to get the ball rolling.
