I thank you for the deletions! I would further suggest that some of the offenders need to be given a suspension. I have been amazed at how nasty some folks get today. A helpful answer followed by a simple "no caps please, it's considered shouting" is what is needed.
If someone is not going to add useful info, I think they should not just rip someone.
