If that's what you want, you gotta make a presentation to the lawmakers. Make sure you come with proof of all the hundreds of innocent people who get killed by unsafe drivers of these big motorhomes. Also, you gotta organize hundreds of people, maybe thousands, in order to conduct a demonstration in just the right place.
THEN, and only then, will you realize that we are simply NOT THAT dangerous. The law you want will not be implemented unless we kill hundreds of people. THAT's the way the system works.
In other words, my answer is HECK NO! IMO It would be a waste of taxpayers' money, and waste of manpower.
