No thanks; more bureaucracy, lines, fees.... Besides just because someone has a CDL or some other special endorsement doesn't mean they are a good or safe driver.
My FIL drove truck for 10 years. A friend of his would routinely make 3 trips to his two every day. This involved him doing 85 mph plus on the straights with his truck loaded.
