Does special licensing make one a better driver? I think that experience trumps special licensing and getting that special license won't make one a better driver, only experience does, experience which you can get without a special license. I'm not a big fan of government intervention. I'm glad that my state, AZ, doesn't require any special licensing for me to tow my 41' Voltage.
