Yet, we live with rules every day in the world of licensing, from the day we first got our permit. Most of us (unless you remember when Moses was a Corporal) took a test to get a permit, then had a licensed driver teach us how not to kill someone with our vehicle.
However, we immediatetly allow that person to hook up to a 15,000lb tow hauler with no understanding of combination vehicles? Or allow that newly retired lady, to go from a Yugo to a 45'er with airbrakes, and a mobile garage in tow.....with no additional training?????
