Lift points on a 1989 GM P30

Where are the lift points on the chassis of a 1989 GM P30? I need to replace the air springs and noticed that on my Southwind 30E and notice that in the back that most places you would place a bottle jack is where the gas tank is. Leaving little room to work.

Thank

Buster

Don't slip :) Once it's sitting on jackstands it's not going anywhere.

Mine's the same way. My gas tank is wedged in there so tight I couldn't get it out even after removing the straps. I had to cut a hole in the floor to replace the lines instead.

  • I would think anywhere along the frame rail. Doesn't the gas tank sit in between the frame rails?
