Light bulb

We have a new 5er and in the 5er we have three lights that hang over the Kitchen Island, one of the 12 volt lights went out, for the past 2 days I have tried to get the bulb out so I can change it, can't seem to get the bulb out , have tried to unscrew it tried to pull it out have tried to push up and twist to get it out and nothing seems to work, has anyone else had this trouble, I you have any ideas please let me know.

    Photo of lamp.. The description above works for many. others, simply pull... My rig uses both kinds.
    On the bayonet types PUSH turn then PULL.

    Try doing those same things to one of the good bulbs! If they are 12 Volt they should be push in and Twist counter Clockwise to remove!

    Then just grip that burned out bulb with a leather glove and get it out of there!
    The base that stays in the socket will easily be removed with some pliers!
