For total trailer weight, right. But the hitch weight isn't on the axles or the tires; only the 4850 is. So with a total trailer weight of say 6000, and a hitch of 800, you'd have 5200 on the axles and tires. Still room to play with the axle and tire ratings. But of course that puts you over the GVWR so something else must be limiting it.
